Everything that governs your use of Capitis, in one place. If you are a compliance team at an affiliate network reviewing us as a sub-network, the two documents you want are the Publisher Policy and the Security overview.
The agreements
Terms of Service — the contract between you and us. Covers accounts, what you may and may not do with the network data we pass you, payment, liability and termination.
Publisher Policy — the rules you must follow when you promote merchants sourced through Capitis. This is where the affiliate networks' own publisher rules are passed down to you. It is part of the Terms, and breaking it is the fastest way to lose access.
Data Processing Addendum — applies when you send us personal data about your own end-users (hashed identifiers, clicks, conversions). It sets out who is responsible for what, and includes the transfer safeguards required under UK and EU data protection law. It takes effect automatically; you do not need to sign anything, though we will sign a copy on request.
The disclosures
Privacy Policy — what we collect about you and about the shoppers your links send to merchants, and what we do with it.
Cookies and tracking — what our website stores on your device, and separately, what a Capitis tracking link records when a shopper clicks it. These are two different things and we describe them separately, because only one of them involves cookies.
Subprocessors — the other companies that touch data on our behalf, where they are, and how we tell you when the list changes.
Security — the technical and organisational measures we actually have in place, written plainly, including the things we have not done yet.

We acknowledge compliance reports within 24 hours and give you a resolution or a concrete plan within 48 hours. That commitment exists because the networks we source inventory from require it of us, and we require it of ourselves.
